Enter the 8-digit code received from the ATM (second step) in the serial number field, and after receiving the digit code, enter the character that was sent to the customer’s mobile phone in the activation code field, and by pressing the send button, the customer’s card will be added to the list. b. Cards: The cards that have been added to the system are displayed in the form of a list on this page, and a second code is generated next to it every 60 seconds.

J. Settings: In this section, it is possible to change the login password to GBRams software.

If you need to remove the card from the page, press the cross button next to the card number (equal to the figure) and confirm the request, then remove the card.

Important considerations

• By activating the dynamic password, the customer’s second password is disabled
• After deactivating the dynamic passwords, the customer’s second static password will be active, so in order to increase security, it is better for the customer to act on his second password.
• By deactivating the second password through the branch or ATM, the dynamic password will also be disabled. After activating the second password, the dynamic password will be active.
• If the second dynamic password is entered incorrectly 4 times, the status of the card will be changed to inactive on the internet and the dynamic password will also be disabled, and the customer must go to one of Qavamin Bank’s self-service centers and proceed to obtain the second password. After obtaining the second password, the dynamic password It will also be usable (if the GB password software is not removed from the phone).
• If the screen of the phone is locked, the GB password software will be closed and the password must be entered again.
• If the card number changes, the customer must remove the previous card from the list of cards and add the new card to the list of cards
• If the card is inactive on the internet, it will not be possible to activate dynamic passwords, so the customer must first go to one of Qavamin Bank’s ATMs and assign a second password, and then activate the dynamic password.
• In case of reissuing the card due to the change of the first password, the dynamic password will also be disabled and the dynamic password must be activated again.
• In case of forgetting the password of the software, by selecting the forget password key, all the registered cards will be deleted and the customer must perform the card activation steps again.
